Building upon proven technology invented by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) over 20 years ago, AeroBarrier is a cutting edge aerosol envelope sealing solution system that simultaneously measures and seals building envelope air leaks.

Frank Cefaratti
Owner
Frank has over 18 years of experience in the service industry, owning a multitude of businesses alongside with family. He is the sole owner of FJ Progressive Builders a General Contracting company that constructs new buildings (commercial and residential), remodels and restoration projects. Frank also holds his Colorado real estate license and has been a key component to several closings with his property management company. Frank’s businesses focus on sustainability and promote the belief that we need to make changes in order to see our environmental world survive. The decision to launch Denver Air Barrier was an easy one with the goal of creating affordable, clean and safe environments for his clients and business partners.
Frank recognizes the industry is changing and the importance of staying on the forefront by using advance technologies. This ideology and practice is what sets him apart from others in the industry.
Tom Williams
Operations Manager / Owner
Tom is a Colorado native and East Coaster with over 10 years of experience in the fields of construction and hospitality management. Since 2016 he has worked with FJ Progressive Builders, overseeing projects ranging from house flips and remodels to new construction (both residential and commercial).
Moving forward Tom has taken his passion for green building and invested in the creation of Denver Air Barrier which aims to make homes greener, cleaner and more efficient for future generations.
Together Tom and Frank look forward to bringing healthy and energy efficient homes to the Rocky Mountain region and beyond.
